Cigarette smoking is a common habit among many people. Cigarette smoking is often viewed as a social habit. Smoking is not good for our generall health. Quitting smoking restores these senses to a person who has stopped smoking. also, smoking of cigarettes fastens aging by causing fine lines and wrinkles, and also leads to dry skin among smokers. Smoke fumes usually prevent enough oxygen from reaching the skin tissues hence causing the skin to appear older than it is. quitting the smoking habit will restore someone’s once healthy skin.

Smokers are at higher risks to get cold and cough infections. Viruses and bacteria have easy entry into the lungs due to paralyzed cilia along the respiratory tract. This phenomenon can be reversed by ceasing the habit of cigarette smoking. A person who does not smoke can enjoy doing their work out exercises as opposed to a smoker. Smokers run out of breath faster because smoking overworks their lungs and heart this makes it even harder for the weakened organs to support heavy exercises.

Clean home is a requirement for all people. Activities associated with smoking may give a house a bad smell. In close relation to this, dating will become an easier task too. Most non-smokers would not date smokers due to their unusual smell and their dirty houses.

Smoking near other people may also pose some dangers to them. quitting the smoking habit is therefore appreciated for the well-being of other people. There are some less harmful methods to help in protecting other people from cigarette smoke.Stopping the smoking habit is a first step towards curbing its negative effects. Every smoker out there should consider quitting or should at least try to reduce it use.
